The Great Pop Culture Debate LIVE: Best Super-Hero Crossover Comic will
take place Thursday, July 25, 5-6pm PST at Grand 12 & 13 at the
Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. We hope you join us! At this session,
our panel of comic and animation professionals will offer their
thoughts on 16 of the most iconic comic-book crossovers of all time
(Secret Wars! Crisis on Infinite Earths! Civil War! Etc.). The audience
will vote LIVE on each match-up, whittling them down until we're left
with one ultimate winner!
Our panelists for the event are:

“Gremlins: The Wild Batch” Executive Producer Brendan Hay
“Local Man” Writer/Artist Tim Seeley
And the starting match-ups will be:

goal is to provide an engaging, informative, but ultimately
lighthearted and funny opportunity for comic fans to show up and speak
out in defense of some of their favorite storylines. It's patterned
after my podcast, Great Pop Culture Debate (www.greatpopculturedebate.com),
which recently celebrated four years, and is closing in on 150 episodes
covering a huge range of topics in film, TV, music, comics, and more.
