Along with his Justice League colleagues, Guy Gardner descended into the Earth's core to prevent Darkseid from dominating reality. While he didn't win the Omega Tournament, Guy emerged infused with alpha energy. Worshipers flock to him when they learn that Guy can see the reborn emotional entities. And while he likes the adoration, Guy's not big on seeing cosmic infants flutter around him, and hearing their chatter.
