Dr Forget-Me-Not is a psychiatrist and neuroscientist. He brainwashed people for the League of Assassins. Then, he worked alongside David Cain to shape two girls into efficient killing machines. One was Cassandra Cain. The other was Victoria Rose, the embalmed girl that GCPD Officer Jim Gordon discovered.

Now, the master manipulator has trapped Cassandra Cain in her mind. He claims that Cassandra must deduce Victoria's killer to escape from her mental prison.
