Justice League: Dark Realm Special #1 Preview

As a man carries his daughter on his shoulders, he listens attentively to her thoughts. Like Wally West, the father marvels at what she is learning in school. He recalls those halcyon days when each day was filled with discoveries.

Then, while the girl studies a bug on her hand, more find their way onto her hair. Before he can lower her from his shoulders to brush them off, the swarm steals his daughter away from him. Who is this traumatized man? And how does he prevent other people from losing their loved ones?
