Savoring Ben's Cookies with Ice Cream

As our tarts, cookies, tea, and other goodies rapidly vanish (We're looking at you, Daleks!), our thoughts return to England. Unfortunately, one thing we couldn't bring back with us was our ice cream from Ben's Cookies.  The Chocolate Chocolate Chip was great, but surprisingly, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough was even better.  The vanilla in the latter was so rich and buttery tasting, much more than I'm used to.  This surprised me, as I'm something of an ice cream aficionado.

We tend to think of ice cream when it's hot out, but have you considered the benefits of eating ice cream in winter?  Here's three:

1. As you're cold, you're not confusing your body with something hot.
2. You can really savor your ice cream, as it's not going to melt.  And:
3. It makes waiting for your bus infinitely more enjoyable.

Likewise, the cookies at Ben's Cookies are also great.  And yes, in case you're wondering, I'm something of a cookie aficionado too.
