But when the President invited Toxie to the White House, she told him that the Clean Act was riddled with shady provisions. Then, the President died before they could work together, and the Secret Service attacked him. 

Now, Toxie and Yvonne are on the run. While agent Deep State from the Peripheral Intelligence Agency directs them to a safehouse, acting President Karns' forces close in. Did Karns plot to kill his boss? And who is the former Nazi scientist in league with the Smogulans?
