Titan Comics kindly sent me an advance review copy of Minky Woodcock: The Girl Called Cthulhu #1, and it's a heady read. The story draws on fascinating mix of history and people we still read about today. In addition to Howard Lovecraft, you'll also meet Howard Houdini, Aleistar Crowley, and a woman notorious for her "Tiger Woman" act. Along the way, you'll learn about books you might want to read and a movie you might want to see. This story is as different from Gun Honey: Collision Course as you can possibly imagine. But after you read it, you'll understand why Hard Case Crime and Titan Comics published it. I'll write a review later, but for now, I'll say: put this on your pull list! It's cool!
