As former Vice-President Karns ordered Toxie's execution on the White House lawn, he calls on the Senate to pass the Clean Act. Yet when the dust settles, the Toxic Avenger still lives, newly-installed President Karns is dead, and Senator Greene is a robot who furthered the Nazi's efforts in WWII.
