Like his children, Wally West is always learning. So, when he glimpses people falling to their death, he rushes to save them. When Mr Terrific suggests Wally predict the weather, he proves a capable meteorologist. And when Gorilla Grodd mobilizes his forces, Wally forges a fragile peace. Then, Wally decides to level up, and use his new Flashes of Insight to prevent crimes and accidents in Central City, Metropolis, and Star City.
None of these efforts go without a hitch. And when Wally uses the Speed Force to foresee three strangers from Central City, Metropolis, and Star City discover similar grievances, he decides to prevent them from committing future acts of terrorism. But what if the trio who were angry with their respective city governments didn’t randomly meet in the same bar? And what happens when the coordinated attacks Wally predicted occur earlier?

The Future Compromised!
Somehow, Wally West’s visions of the future failed to foresee the destruction of three separate bridges in three separate cities, but he’s determined not to let this interfere with the good work he’s doing.
But the rest of the League is less interested in letting him experiment on such a scale, especially when the costs are so high and people are getting hurt. But the Flash still wants to do good and doesn’t see a setback as a reason to abandon the entire thing. And besides, there’s not much anyone can do to stop the Flash…
…is there?
